Foundation course for the lifting, fixing and adjusting of light to medium loads.

Course content includes planning, preparing for and executing lifting operations together with knowledge of the selection, use, inspection and maintenance of appropriate lifting equipment.
medical requirements
Reasonable physical fitness with no contra-indications for work at height.
entry requirements
Must have completed heightec two day climber course or equivalent. Evidence required prior to booking.
Minimum age 18. Must be fluent in English.
