 Harnesses
As the link between the user and the safety system, the harness is a fundamental component of many methods of work at height.

A harness should offer comfort and freedom of movement to the worker, as well as good safety characteristics.

Harnesses are chosen according to the task they must perform, hence the various types of harness - follow the links on this page for more details.
