By Road
From the south: Leave M6, J36 onto A590, signpost Kendal / South Lakes. Continue for 6ml past Kendal South exit. Turn right at roundabout signed Kendal North. Continue 1.5ml in to Kendal. Follow signs A6 Shap / Penrith North. Keep left under railway bridge on Shap Road. Pass Mintsfeet Industrial Estate and Gulf petrol station both on left. You should now see the Lake District Business Park Clock Tower on left. Turn onto Mint Bridge Road, enter the business park via West Gate Entrance and proceed to unit 24 where training the takes place. From the north: Leave M6, J39 Shap on to A6 south towards Kendal. Continue 12ml until passing Land Rover Dealership on right. Mint Bridge Road is 3rd right hand turn after this. You should now see the Lake District Business Park Clock Tower on left. Turn onto Mint Bridge Road, enter the business park via West Gate Entrance (2nd gate) and proceed to unit 24 where the training takes place.
By Rail
Mainline rail station is Oxenholme, approx. 2 mile taxi journey from The National Access and Rescue Centre. Please ask for the Climbing wall or the old Farley's factory. Once on the Business Park you see the clock tower. Proceed to unit 24 where the training takes place.
Buildings & Parking
The training reception is situated in Unit 24. On arrival at site, please proceed to the meeting point in Unit 24 via the black door to right hand side of the unit, up the yellow stairway to the canteen area above, where your trainer will meet you. Please help yourself to refreshments on arrival. Parking is available free of charge, however it is limited to areas shown on the parking instructions (see map link). We recommend that you park in the main large car park which is situated at the end of the estate, turning left in front of "A HA Marketing". A short walk from The National Access and Rescue Centre.
